巨大淋巴结增生症，即Castleman病(CD)，是一种良性淋巴结增生，临床上比较少见，多发病于中青年，病程长，生长缓慢。临床上对于该疾病不易准确诊断，常易误诊为胸腺瘤、浆细胞瘤、恶性淋巴瘤等。本文就1例颈部巨大淋巴结增生症的诊断、治疗过程做一简单介绍，以期望对临床工作能有所指导、帮助。
거대림파결증생증，즉Castleman병(CD)，시일충량성림파결증생，림상상비교소견，다발병우중청년，병정장，생장완만。림상상대우해질병불역준학진단，상역오진위흉선류、장세포류、악성림파류등。본문취1례경부거대림파결증생증적진단、치료과정주일간단개소，이기망대림상공작능유소지도、방조。
Giant lymph node hyperplasia is Castleman disease(Castleman disease,CD).It is a kind of benign lymph node hyperplasia.It is rare in clinic.Young and middle-aged people occurs more,and the course of disease is long,the growth is slow. Clinical accurate diagnosis for the disease often is not easy,and the disease is often misdiagnosed as thymoma,plasma cell tumor, malignant lymphoma and so on.This paper gives a brief introduction on the diagnosis and the treatment process of 1 case of giant lymph node hyperplasia of neck.It maybe can give guidance and help in clinical.
