目的：探讨儿童胫骨远端骨骺骨折闭合治疗的方法及效果。方法我院2008年3月至2011年5月收治II型有移位胫骨远端骨骺骨折患儿11例，均行闭合复位和经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗。结果11例患儿全部随访6～36个月，平均18个月，疗效优10例、良1例。 X射线片检查11例均骨性愈合，未发现骨桥形成及关节面不平整现象，无肢体旋转和短缩畸形。所有患儿均能参加正常的体育活动。结论对于闭合性有移位 SaIter-harris II型胫骨远端骨骺骨折，采取手法闭合复位、经皮空心螺钉固定方法手术操作简单，疗效满意，值得推广。
목적：탐토인동경골원단골후골절폐합치료적방법급효과。방법아원2008년3월지2011년5월수치II형유이위경골원단골후골절환인11례，균행폐합복위화경피공심라정내고정치료。결과11례환인전부수방6～36개월，평균18개월，료효우10례、량1례。 X사선편검사11례균골성유합，미발현골교형성급관절면불평정현상，무지체선전화단축기형。소유환인균능삼가정상적체육활동。결론대우폐합성유이위 SaIter-harris II형경골원단골후골절，채취수법폐합복위、경피공심라정고정방법수술조작간단，료효만의，치득추엄。
Objective To evaluate the closed treatment method and its clinical effect for treatment of epiphyseal injuries of distal tibia in children .Methods Eleven children with type II displaced epiphyseal injuries of distal tibia were treated with closed re -duction and percutaneous internal fixation with cannulated screw in our hospital during period from March ,2008 to May,2011 .Results The 11 patients were followed up for an average of 18 months(rang,6~36 months).We found that there was excellent efficiency in 10 cases and good in 1 case.X-ray examination showed that all cases were healed .No bone bridge formation and particular uneven sur-face were found ,neither rotation of the limb shortening deformity .All the patients were able to participate in normal physical activities . Conclusion For closed displaced SaIter-harris type II epiphyseal injuries of distal tibia , manual closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screws fixation method are simple ,and have a satisfactory curative effect .It is worth of popularization .
