以就业为导向的高职高专教育在整个教育体系中所占的比重和重要程度越来越大，随着人才市场竞争日趋激烈，高职学生就业难的窘况越来越受到社会的关注，究其根本就是学生的就业能力不强。笔者认为就业能力主要体现在以专业技能，职业素养和就业认知能力三方面为主的综合能力。该文以计算机专业为样本，结合对人才市场的调研，给出提升学生就业能力的途径和建议。

The employment-oriented vocational education in the education system and the importance of the proportion is growing, along with the increasingly competitive job market, vocational students increasingly difficult employment predicament by society concerns fundamental research is the student's employment is not strong. I believe that employability is mainly reflect-ed in the professional skills, professionalism and cognitive abilities in three areas of employment-based, integrated capabilities. In this paper, a computer professional as samples, combined with research on the job market, give way to enhance students' employ-ability and suggestions.
