目的：探讨临床护理措施在川崎病患儿中的应用价值。方法对32例川崎病患儿的临床护理过程进行回顾性分析。结果整体护理措施包括高热护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理、饮食护理、药物治疗护理、并发症护理、心理护理和出院宣教；经过精心护理，32例患儿中22例治愈出院，10例好转出院。出院后经随访复查，之前有4例冠状动脉管壁轻微扩张患者现已恢复正常，1例管壁瘤样扩张患儿好转出院。结论川崎病患儿进行全面精心的护理能够提高疗效，缩短病程，减少并发症及改善患儿预后。
목적：탐토림상호리조시재천기병환인중적응용개치。방법대32례천기병환인적림상호리과정진행회고성분석。결과정체호리조시포괄고열호리、구강호리、피부호리、음식호리、약물치료호리、병발증호리、심리호리화출원선교；경과정심호리，32례환인중22례치유출원，10례호전출원。출원후경수방복사，지전유4례관상동맥관벽경미확장환자현이회복정상，1례관벽류양확장환인호전출원。결론천기병환인진행전면정심적호리능구제고료효，축단병정，감소병발증급개선환인예후。
Objective To investigate the application value of clinical nursing intervention in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods 32 cases of children with kawasaki disease in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed clinical nursing process. Results Holistic nursing care measures include high fever, oral care, skin care, diet care, drug treatment and care, complications, care, psychological care and discharge missionary;After intensive care, 32 cases of children with 22 cases were cured, 10 cases improved and discharged.Check the follow-up after discharge, before four patients with coronary artery wall mild expansion has now returned to normal, 1 case of wall tumor samples were expansion with improved. Conclusion Children with kawasaki disease thoroughly carefully nursing care can improve curative effect, shorten the duration of symptoms, reduce complications and improve the prognosis of children.
