目的：探讨PDCA循环在呼吸内科优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法200例患者作为研究对象，按照就诊时间分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组通过PDCA循环模式实施优质护理。结果观察组护患关系、护理操作、护理沟通、健康教育和细节服务满意度均显著高于对照组（均P<0.01）。结论 PDCA循环对于提高护理质量和患者满意度具有重要意义，是实施优质护理的可行方法之一。

목적：탐토PDCA순배재호흡내과우질호리복무중적응용효과。방법200례환자작위연구대상，안조취진시간분위관찰조화대조조。대조조실시상규호리，관찰조통과PDCA순배모식실시우질호리。결과관찰조호환관계、호리조작、호리구통、건강교육화세절복무만의도균현저고우대조조（균P<0.01）。결론 PDCA순배대우제고호리질량화환자만의도구유중요의의，시실시우질호리적가행방법지일。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of PDCA circulation used for high quality nursing service of elder patients in respiration medicine. Methods 200 cases of elder patients in respiration medicine were divided into control group and experimental group, the routine nursing was used for control group, and the high quality nursing was used experimental group by mode of PDCA circulation. Results The satisfaction degree such as nurse-patient relationship, nursing procedure, nursing communication, health education and detail service in experimental group were significantly higher than in control group(all P<0.01). Conclusions PDCA circulation is meaningful for enhancing nursing quality and satisfaction degree of elder patients in respiration medicine, it was one of feasible methods that carrying out high quality nursing.
