目的：探讨七氟烷应用于小儿麻醉的临床效果情况。方法选取2009年12月-2011年12月期间在本院进行麻醉手术治疗的小儿102例作为研究对象，电脑随机进行分组，对照组51例给予静脉麻醉，观察组51例给予七氟烷吸入麻醉，比较两种麻醉方法的临床效果。结果两组患者手术前、手术中、手术后的平均动脉压之间均无统计学意义，P>0.05。两组患者手术前心率之间没有显著性差异，在手术中、手术后对照组的心率值均明显高于观察组，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的平均麻醉时间、苏醒时间均明显短于对照组，P<0.05。对照组的不良反应发生率明显高于观察组，并具有显著性差异，（χ2=23.12，P<0.05），有统计学意义。结论七氟烷在临床小儿麻醉方面具有重要临床意义，具有安全、苏醒时间短、诱导迅速的特点，值得临床推广。
