目的：探讨外科手术切除治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月-2013年9月经手术治疗的65例浆细胞性乳腺炎作为观察组，另选择本院同期采用乳管镜介入治疗的65例浆细胞性乳腺炎作为对照组，比较两组患者的治疗效果及复发情况。结果观察组治愈率100%，切口愈合良好，明显高于对照组的78.46%（P<0.05)；两组患者均随访6～12个月，观察组1例（1.54%）复发，对照组5例（7.69%），均经再次手术后治愈，观察组复发率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论外科手术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎效果满意，复发率低。

목적：탐토외과수술절제치료장세포성유선염적림상치료효과。방법선택2010년1월-2013년9월경수술치료적65례장세포성유선염작위관찰조，령선택본원동기채용유관경개입치료적65례장세포성유선염작위대조조，비교량조환자적치료효과급복발정황。결과관찰조치유솔100%，절구유합량호，명현고우대조조적78.46%（P<0.05)；량조환자균수방6～12개월，관찰조1례（1.54%）복발，대조조5례（7.69%），균경재차수술후치유，관찰조복발솔명현저우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05)。결론외과수술치료장세포성유선염효과만의，복발솔저。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Methods 65 cases of plasma cell mastitis after surgical treatment were chosen as observation group from January 2010 to September 2013 in the hospital, Another 65 cases of plasma cell mastitis used milk tube mirror interventional treatment were chosen as control group.Compared the treatment effect and recurrence of two groups. Results Two groups of patients were followed-up for 6 to 12 months. 1 case (1.54%) was relapsed in observation group and 5 cases (7.69%) were relapsed in control group , they were cured after reoperation.Recurrence rate in observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, there was significant difference in the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Surgery in treatment of plasma cell mastitis effect is satisfied, the recurrence rate is low.
