The MAYA is considered to be one of the strongest software in the development of 3D,it performs noticeably well es-pecially in the aspect of tectonic complex scenarios.In this paper, the three dimensional animation design is based on MAYA, There is a brief introduction to basic situation of the three dimensional animation and the application of 3D animation in the movie and advertising.The three dimensional animation creation process in detail including the shape, material, map design, light-ing and camera, animation, etc. Five stages. We realize modelling, human body skeleton and animation design ,etc key steps rely-ing on the image of"heroic"Laura.At the same time, the continuous operation of the human body skeleton was optimized by us-ing genetic algorithm.
