根据目前高职院校校企合作的现状，笔者在多年研究和探索的基础上，提出“双线并行”校企融合人才培养模式，并依此采用软件工程的原理设计高职校企融合人才培养管理平台。该平台包含由校企合作完成的教学计划子系统、以企业为主体的技能实训与考核子系统、以学校为主体的知识学习与考核子系统和企业与学生直接对接的招聘求职子系统。设计结构合理，适应高职教育人才培养的要求，弥补当前校企合作中“校”、“企”两张皮的缺陷，在同一个平台上达到校企共同培养适应社会需求的高素质技能型人才。

According to the current situation of the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises, We propose a“Two-line in Parallelism”school-enterprise fused talent training model based on our years of experience of study and explora-tion. And by this, We designed a school-enterprise talent managing&training platform in vocational colleges with the principle of software engineering. This platform contains four subsystems:education program which will be completed by college and enter-prise, skill training and examination dominated by enterprise, knowledge leaning and examination dominated by college , recruit-ments and job seeking in which enterprises and students could be connected with each other in a straight method. This design has a reasonable structure which meets the requirements of talent training in college education and remedies the shortage that the co-operation between college and enterprise is insufficient. In this platform,college and enterprise can train high-quality and skilled talents who will adapt this society.
