分析了高职软件开发类课程实践教学中存在的问题，从确定实践教学目标、创设实践教学环境、实践交互模拟、能力评估四个方面构建了一种“TESE”实践教学模式。通过实施该模式，学生的专业技能、职业素质、教师的实践教学能力得到了较好的培养，高职软件开发类课程实践教学水平得到了提高。

Analysing problems in software development courses’practice teaching in higher vocational colleges, a"TESE"practi-cal teaching mode is constructed from determining the goal of practice teaching, creating practical teaching environment, practic-ing interactive simulation, evaluating the ability of student four aspects. By implementing the mode, students ’professional skill and occupation quality get better training as well as teachers’practical teaching ability, software development courses’practice teaching level is improved in some higher vocational colleges.
