优异种质的筛选是苎麻种质多功能开发与创新利用的前提。本文以国家苎麻种质圃数据库中1400多份种质的鉴定数据为基础,结合查阅相关资料对《农作物优异种质资源鉴定规程-苎麻》中苎麻优异种质资源评价指标体系进行验证研究,结果为优良种质数量控制在验证种质的23%以内,确实优秀非普遍性,特异种质表现珍稀仅占整个验证种质的6%左右。研究结果说明《农作物优异种质资源鉴定规程-苎麻》中优异苎麻种质资源鉴定评价性状和指标范围的科学性和合理性,为它在优异苎麻种质资源的鉴定评价中应用提供理论依据。

To screen elite and rare germplasm resources is very important to innovate new ramie germplasm and develop multi -purposes ramie products.In this paper , we studied the evaluation stand-ards to screen elite and rare germplasm resources of ramie based on over 1400 ramie varieties from the data bank of national field genebank for ramie and other relevant published information , we found that the elite ramie varieties were less than 23%, and the rare ramie varieties were about 6%.The results showed that the screened ramie varieties were elite and rare.It also proved that the evaluation standards from“Evaluating standard for elite and rare crop germplasm resources -ramie ( Boehmeria nivea ( L.) Gaud.)” are scientific and reasonable.
