对嗜热真菌(Thermomyces lanuginosus)DSM 10635的固体培养基进行改良。设计的间歇通气的培养装置,简化掉补水操作后,简化了操作并降低了培养基成本,单瓶玉米芯干粉量为120 g/L,增大了培养瓶的利用率,第5天菌丝已基本充满整个培养体系,同时单批木聚糖酶活力最高为53710 IU/g。

Xylanase production with solid-state fementation of Thermomyces lanuginosus DSM 10635 was optimized. Under the water-saturated aeration device and the optimal culture media, the amount of corncob powder per bottle was 120 g/L. The utilization rate of culture bottle was increased. The mycelium filled up the whole culture system after 5 d and the xylanase productivity was up to 53 710 IU/g.
