对宽筋藤(Tinospora sinensis)多糖进行提取纯化研究,采用正交试验确定了影响宽筋藤多糖的提取因素主次顺序为提取温度、提取时间、料液比,即在提取温度为90℃,提取90 min,料液比1:10(m/V , g:mL)的条件下提取,宽筋藤粗多糖提取率为3.94%,其中还原性多糖含量为20.40%,蛋白质含量为8.21%;去除蛋白质的方法中TCA法最适宜宽筋藤粗多糖的纯化,能去除86.83%的蛋白质,还原性多糖保留率为68.67%。

To study the extraction and purification of the polysaccharide from Tinospora sinensis, the extraction temperature, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The optimal conditions were temperature 90℃, extracting 90 min twice with solid-liquid ratio 1:10. The extraction rate of polysaccharide from Tinospora sinensis was 3.94%. The content of polysaccharide was 20.40%. The content of protein was 8.21%. The removal rate of protein was 86.83% and the retention rate of polysaccharide was 68.67% by TCA method.
