选用1%申嗪霉素悬浮剂、40%咪鲜胺水乳剂研究申嗪霉素和咪鲜胺及其复配对水稻立枯病菌(尖孢镰刀菌,Fusarium oxysporum)的影响,采用菌丝生长速率法测定申嗪霉素、咪鲜胺及其复配对水稻立枯病菌的毒力,筛选抑制效果较好的复配比例。结果表明,申嗪霉素和咪鲜胺对水稻立枯病菌菌丝生长具有较好的抑制作用,有效抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为0.2496 mg/L和0.2019 mg/L;两者不同比例复配表现出明显的增效作用,申嗪霉素:咪鲜胺为1:7时,共毒系数为362.8495,增效作用较强。

선용1%신진매소현부제、40%미선알수유제연구신진매소화미선알급기복배대수도립고병균(첨포렴도균,Fusarium oxysporum)적영향,채용균사생장속솔법측정신진매소、미선알급기복배대수도립고병균적독력,사선억제효과교호적복배비례。결과표명,신진매소화미선알대수도립고병균균사생장구유교호적억제작용,유효억제중농도(EC50)분별위0.2496 mg/L화0.2019 mg/L;량자불동비례복배표현출명현적증효작용,신진매소:미선알위1:7시,공독계수위362.8495,증효작용교강。
The synergistic effects of the mixture of shenqinmycin and prochloraz on rice wilt disease were studied. The indoor toxicities of shenqinmycin and prochloraz and their mixtures on rice wilt disease were detected by the method of mycelial growth rates to screen out the optimal ratios. The results showed that shenqinmycin and prochloraz had high toxicities on the growth of rice wilt pathogen mycelium,wth the EC50 of 0.249 6 mg/L and 0.201 9 mg/L, respectively. Different ratios of mixtures showed obvious synergistic germicidal effects. When the mixture proportion of shenqinmycin and prochloraz was 1:7, the CTC was 362.849 5, showing a high synergistic germicidal effect.
