为了更加方便有效地表示各类照明产品的色差，国际照明委员会（ Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage ， CIE） D2分部的R2-66最近发布了关于光源色差的技术注解草案，本文详细介绍该最新技术注解草案，并结合草案分析荧光灯以及LED等照明产品色度规范的现有色差表示方法，以及最新的CIE u’v’圆色差表示方式。在不久的将来，该技术注解将在CIE相关技术规范和标准，以及其他相关标准组织中应用，它虽然不是强制性文件，但CIE在光和照明领域极具影响力，新的光源色差表示方式可能在今后得到普遍应用，十分值得关注。

Due to the traditional expression defects of colour difference , the reportership R2-66 of CIE Division 2 has issued the new technical note ( TN) draft on the colour difference of light sources .This paper will detail this new TN , and make a comprehensive analysis on the current colour difference expression of fluorescent lamps and LED etc .defined in the relevant specifications , as well as the new expression-CIE u'v'circles recommended by TN .This new colour difference expression will be probably adopted in some CIE standards/technical reports and the other standardizing bodies because of the authorities of CIE , which should be paid close attentions .
