目的：分析血浆置换联合激素及免疫抑制剂治疗炎性肌病的疗效。方法：总结并分析8例炎性肌病患者采用血浆置换联合激素及免疫抑制剂治疗和预后的情况。结果：8例血浆置换后四肢肌无力、面部皮疹等临床症状都有明显改善；8例血浆置换治疗后白细胞（WBC）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CKMB）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、羟丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）较治疗前明显降低。结论：血浆置换联合激素及免疫抑制剂治疗炎性肌病疗效满意。
목적：분석혈장치환연합격소급면역억제제치료염성기병적료효。방법：총결병분석8례염성기병환자채용혈장치환연합격소급면역억제제치료화예후적정황。결과：8례혈장치환후사지기무력、면부피진등림상증상도유명현개선；8례혈장치환치료후백세포（WBC）、홍세포침강솔（ESR）、곡초전안매（AST）、기산격매（CK）、기산격매동공매（CKMB）、유산탈경매（LDH）、간정산탈경매（HBDH）교치료전명현강저。결론：혈장치환연합격소급면역억제제치료염성기병료효만의。
Objective:To investigate the effect of plasmapheresis combined with glucocorticoid combined for inflammatory myositis. Methods:To analyze the treatment and prognosis situation of plasmapheresis combined with glucocorticoid combined for 8 cases with inflammatory myositis. Results:The clinical symptoms of myasthenia and skin eruption have obvious improve-ment. The white blood cell(WBC),erythrocyte sedmentation(ESR),glutamic - oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),creatine ki-nase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(HBDH)low-er than pretherapy. Conclsion:Plasmapheresis combined with glucocorticoid combined for inflammatory myositis has satisfactory curative effect.
