采用组件式开发模式提出了二三维一体化的GIS空间信息管理方法。如今,管网可视化表达与管理已成为数字化城市、数字化园区的重要组成部分。二三维一体化既具备强大的空间分析优势,又具备可视化管理优势。基于ArcGIS Engine的平台进行开发,实现了二三维同步放大、缩小、漫游、编辑等二三维一体化功能,在厂区管网管理中得以应用并展现良好的实用效果,给管网行业提出了一种全新的应用模式与研究方法。

In this paper, adopting the component development model, the integration of two dimensional and three dimensional GIS spatial information management was proposed. Nowadays, the visualization of pipe has become the significant part of digital city and field, and the integration of 2D and 3D not only has advantage in strong spatial analysis, but also in visual management. In this paper, based on the platform of ArcGIS Engine, functions like Synchronous zooming in and out, paning, editing. etc. were realized. It has been applied in field pipe network and achieved an effective result, and it provided a fully new type of application mode to the research in GIS pipe area.
