以杂交鹅掌楸悬浮培养胚性细胞为材料,在培养过程中添加不同浓度的新型植物肽类生长调节物质植物磺肽素( PSK),研究PSK对悬浮细胞生理的影响,分析其在细胞培养中的作用。结果表明:PSK能够促进细胞分裂和增殖,0.8 mg/L的PSK处理后能够使杂交鹅掌楸胚性愈伤组织细胞结构致密、胚性细胞小、直径一致性增加、细胞质变浓,细胞内大量积累淀粉等,同时PSK显著提高了细胞的活力,促进了培养细胞低密度的增殖,并且能够促进蛋白质的积累,有利于杂交鹅掌楸体细胞胚胎的发生。
以雜交鵝掌楸懸浮培養胚性細胞為材料,在培養過程中添加不同濃度的新型植物肽類生長調節物質植物磺肽素( PSK),研究PSK對懸浮細胞生理的影響,分析其在細胞培養中的作用。結果錶明:PSK能夠促進細胞分裂和增殖,0.8 mg/L的PSK處理後能夠使雜交鵝掌楸胚性愈傷組織細胞結構緻密、胚性細胞小、直徑一緻性增加、細胞質變濃,細胞內大量積纍澱粉等,同時PSK顯著提高瞭細胞的活力,促進瞭培養細胞低密度的增殖,併且能夠促進蛋白質的積纍,有利于雜交鵝掌楸體細胞胚胎的髮生。
이잡교아장추현부배양배성세포위재료,재배양과정중첨가불동농도적신형식물태류생장조절물질식물광태소( PSK),연구PSK대현부세포생리적영향,분석기재세포배양중적작용。결과표명:PSK능구촉진세포분렬화증식,0.8 mg/L적PSK처리후능구사잡교아장추배성유상조직세포결구치밀、배성세포소、직경일치성증가、세포질변농,세포내대량적루정분등,동시PSK현저제고료세포적활력,촉진료배양세포저밀도적증식,병차능구촉진단백질적적루,유리우잡교아장추체세포배태적발생。
Phytosulfokine ( PSK) is a new type of peptide, regulating growth of plants. We studied the role of PSK on suspension culture cells of Liriodendron hybrids. The results showed that PSK promoted cell division and proliferation;under PSK treatment, the embryogenic callus were tight and compacted, and embryogenic cells became smaller,the di-ameter became more consistent and the cytoplasmic became more rich densely,ect. PSK could also improve cell activity and the accumulation of embryogenic proteins, and could promote proliferation under low-density and could promote so-matic embryogenesis of Liriodendron hybrids.
