在外资连锁超市纷纷入驻宁波的今天，宁波连锁超市业已形成了本土与外资对峙的局面。笔者从外部经济、竞争优势、环境趋势3个方面分析了宁波连锁超市发展现状，并探讨了本土连锁超市的发展战略。
在外資連鎖超市紛紛入駐寧波的今天，寧波連鎖超市業已形成瞭本土與外資對峙的跼麵。筆者從外部經濟、競爭優勢、環境趨勢3箇方麵分析瞭寧波連鎖超市髮展現狀，併探討瞭本土連鎖超市的髮展戰略。
재외자련쇄초시분분입주저파적금천，저파련쇄초시업이형성료본토여외자대치적국면。필자종외부경제、경쟁우세、배경추세3개방면분석료저파련쇄초시발전현상，병탐토료본토련쇄초시적발전전략。
With more and more foreign chain supermarkets entering Ningbo, the competition between the domestic and foreign chain supermarkets has been growing intense. How to overcome the disadvantage and get a share in market is worth discussing for local chain supermarkets. This article first analyzes the state in quo in the field and then discusses the development strategies of chain supermarkets in Ningbo.
