以5-甲基色胺盐酸盐和邻溴苯乙酸为例,研究了5-甲基色胺衍生物的合成方法。在室温下用二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)作为脱水剂, N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)活化酯法一锅法合成5-甲基色胺衍生物,并通过FTIR、MS、1H NMR、13C NMR确定了目标化合物结构。
以5-甲基色胺鹽痠鹽和鄰溴苯乙痠為例,研究瞭5-甲基色胺衍生物的閤成方法。在室溫下用二環己基碳二亞胺(DCC)作為脫水劑, N-羥基琥珀酰亞胺(NHS)活化酯法一鍋法閤成5-甲基色胺衍生物,併通過FTIR、MS、1H NMR、13C NMR確定瞭目標化閤物結構。

The synthetic method of 5-methyltryptamine derivatives has been studied using 5-methyltryptamine hydrochloride and 2-bromophenylacetic acid as the test compounds. The results show that by combining dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) as a condensation reagent, and N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS) as an activating reagent, a series of amides based on 5-methyltryptamine and substituted phenylacetic acids are synthesized with high yields at room temperature in one pot procedure. The structures of all the products are confirmed by FTIR, MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.
