This paper expounds the important significance of ecological industry to sustainable development from the Marx doctrine ecology theory,and puts forward a lot of suggestions about the sustainable development of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture by developing of ecological industry with basing on the analysis of current situation of Enshi .
