随着我国市场经济的快速发展，社会建设对于高职人才的培养提出了更为严格的要求。以往只重理论教学而忽略学生全面发展的教育理念已经不能够满足时代发展的需要。因此，在高职英语教学的过程中，还必须要进一步加强学生的隐性能力的培养，促进学生综合素质的有效提高。本文则立足本职工作尝试对于在高职英语教学过程中对学生隐性能力的培养对策进行简要地论述。
隨著我國市場經濟的快速髮展，社會建設對于高職人纔的培養提齣瞭更為嚴格的要求。以往隻重理論教學而忽略學生全麵髮展的教育理唸已經不能夠滿足時代髮展的需要。因此，在高職英語教學的過程中，還必鬚要進一步加彊學生的隱性能力的培養，促進學生綜閤素質的有效提高。本文則立足本職工作嘗試對于在高職英語教學過程中對學生隱性能力的培養對策進行簡要地論述。
수착아국시장경제적쾌속발전，사회건설대우고직인재적배양제출료경위엄격적요구。이왕지중이론교학이홀략학생전면발전적교육이념이경불능구만족시대발전적수요。인차，재고직영어교학적과정중，환필수요진일보가강학생적은성능력적배양，촉진학생종합소질적유효제고。본문칙립족본직공작상시대우재고직영어교학과정중대학생은성능력적배양대책진행간요지논술。
With the rapid development of China's market economy, social culture construction put forward more strict requirements in higher vocational talents. The education idea to heavy theory teaching and ignore the students' all-round development has not been able to meet the need of development of era. Therefore, in the process of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, we also must be further strengthened to cultivate tacit ability of students, to promote the effectiveness of improving students' comprehensive quality. This paper attempts to briefly discuss the countermeasures to cultivate the stealth ability of students in higher vocational English teaching process.
