本文简述了高职人才培养模式改革和创新的相关内容。在此基础上，提出了高职教育必须建立“以生为本”的教育观。“以生为本”理念是“以人为本”思想在学校教育教学管理中的体现与深化。贯彻“以生为本”的教育观，对高职教育人才培养模式的改革，创新专业和课程体系构建、教学模式创新、深化校企合作、学生考核方式创新、管理方式创新有着重要意义。凸显“以人为本”的办学理念，就要求高职教育要创新人才培养模式。
本文簡述瞭高職人纔培養模式改革和創新的相關內容。在此基礎上，提齣瞭高職教育必鬚建立“以生為本”的教育觀。“以生為本”理唸是“以人為本”思想在學校教育教學管理中的體現與深化。貫徹“以生為本”的教育觀，對高職教育人纔培養模式的改革，創新專業和課程體繫構建、教學模式創新、深化校企閤作、學生攷覈方式創新、管理方式創新有著重要意義。凸顯“以人為本”的辦學理唸，就要求高職教育要創新人纔培養模式。

This paper briefly describes the higher vocational talents training mode reform and innovation of relevant content. On this basis, put forward the higher vocational education must establish"Taking Students as the Foundation"education."Taking Students as the Foundation"philosophy is"people-oriented"thoughts in the management of the school education teaching and deepening. Carry out"Taking Students as the Foundation"education, the higher vocational education personnel training mode reform, innovation and build course system, teaching mode innovation, deepen the cooperation between colleges and students assessment mode innovation, management innovation has important significance. Highlight the"people-oriented"concept, requires that higher vocational education to innovate talents training mode.
