优质电力园区是满足用户不同供电质量要求的电力园区,园区内供电质量等级的准确划分直接决定了用户电能质量需求满足程度和园区建设与投资成本。考虑到不同用户设备与过程的结构、功能、物理属性和用户可接受后果状态的差异,提出了刻画设备与过程电压暂降免疫力的过程免疫时间及其确定方法,并提出了基于过程免疫时间和用户可接受后果状态的过程暂降免疫力等级与园区供电质量等级划分方法。基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台,对由化工厂、制药厂和纺织厂组成的某典型优质电力园区进行的仿真结果表明,所提出的方法具有一定的可行性,物理意义明确,可为实际工程应用所借鉴。

Premium power park (PPP) is such a power park, which can meet different customers’ requirements on different power supply quality, so accurate classification of power supply quality levels inside the power park directly determines the satisfaction degree of consumers’ requirement on power quality and the cost of investment for the construction of the power park. Considering structures, functions and physical attributes of different consumers and equipments and the differences among consumers’ acceptable resulting states, the process immunity time to depict the voltage sag immunity of processes and equipments and its determination approach are proposed, and a process immunity time and acceptable resulting status based method to classify the voltage sag immunity levels of processes and the power supply quality levels for the power park are put forward; Based on PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform, simulation results of a certain typical PPP composed of chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories and textile mills show that the proposed method possesses a certain feasibility and its physical meaning is clear, thus it is available for reference to practical engineering application.
