随着网络的广泛应用，传统的辅导员工作方式表现出一定的局限性和不适应性。而网络应用构建的多种沟通平台则可帮助师生之间建立全方位联系，进而推进学生自主管理，建立友好型师生关系。但同时，辅导员也应加强对学生进行网络信息判断、心理健康引导和虚拟、现实之间关系的正确处理。
