The postgraduates training program of MTI is essential for the development of the major and the course design is the core of the program. More attention should be paid on the localization of MTI in the course of the boom of MTI education. The paper presents the necessity of course design, objectives, course hours and teaching mode with the expectation of the guidance for the MTI education.
