随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大，传统的研究生管理模式已不再适应当前发展。随着二级管理体制的不断深入，研究生学生管理问题也需要与时俱进。本调查报告就是基于研究生当前的思想政治教育、党建工作、社会实践、就业工作、学生活动、日常管理事务等各方面调查研究，在数据分析的基础上做出相关分析，给今后相关工作一定的指导。
수착연구생초생규모적불단확대，전통적연구생관리모식이불재괄응당전발전。수착이급관리체제적불단심입，연구생학생관리문제야수요여시구진。본조사보고취시기우연구생당전적사상정치교육、당건공작、사회실천、취업공작、학생활동、일상관리사무등각방면조사연구，재수거분석적기출상주출상관분석，급금후상관공작일정적지도。
With the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of graduate students, the graduate management mode has not adapted to the current development. Along with the unceasingly thorough of two level management system, the student management of graduate also need to keep pace with the times. This survey report is the ideological and political education of graduate students, the current Party building work, social practice, employment, student activities, daily affairs in management research based on each aspect, make related analysis on the basis of data analysis, to provide the guidance to future work.
