“易班”网络社区的推出为大学生提供了属于自己的集知识学习、师生交流、同学交往、生活娱乐等内容为一体的网络社交平台，“易班”网络社区的建立、使用和推广，符合广大青年学生的特点，有效地拓展丰富了学生社会实践的空间和舞台，同时也给高校思想政治教育提供了新途径。然而在推广和发展过程中也出现了一些新的问题，如何解决这些问题，从而能更好地发挥“易班”作为开展思想政治教育和学生管理工作平台的作用，更好地实现德育教育的功能，本文进行了研究探讨。
