为了研究高强镀锌钢激光填粉焊接工艺,采用正交实验法优化了激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量等焊接工艺参量。结果表明,激光填粉焊接速率过低时,焊缝易于产生熔质堆积和焊接孔洞;增大离焦量可实现粉末的有效利用;装配间隙为0.25mm(母材厚度的31%)时,高强镀锌钢激光填粉焊接的最佳工艺参量为激光功率1500W,焊接速率30mm/s,离焦量12mm,此时,焊缝表面成形良好,其拉伸试验断裂产生在母材。
為瞭研究高彊鍍鋅鋼激光填粉銲接工藝,採用正交實驗法優化瞭激光功率、銲接速度、離焦量等銲接工藝參量。結果錶明,激光填粉銲接速率過低時,銲縫易于產生鎔質堆積和銲接孔洞;增大離焦量可實現粉末的有效利用;裝配間隙為0.25mm(母材厚度的31%)時,高彊鍍鋅鋼激光填粉銲接的最佳工藝參量為激光功率1500W,銲接速率30mm/s,離焦量12mm,此時,銲縫錶麵成形良好,其拉伸試驗斷裂產生在母材。
위료연구고강도자강격광전분한접공예,채용정교실험법우화료격광공솔、한접속도、리초량등한접공예삼량。결과표명,격광전분한접속솔과저시,한봉역우산생용질퇴적화한접공동;증대리초량가실현분말적유효이용;장배간극위0.25mm(모재후도적31%)시,고강도자강격광전분한접적최가공예삼량위격광공솔1500W,한접속솔30mm/s,리초량12mm,차시,한봉표면성형량호,기랍신시험단렬산생재모재。
In order to optimize the process parameters in laser welding of high-strength galvanized steel with powder filling,orthogonal experimental tests were used to analyze such process parameters as laser power,welding speed and the defocusing distance.The test results show that the accumulation of the molten mass and the welding holes might occur at low welding speed;the defocusing distance should be increased to achieve the effective addition of the powder.The optimization process parameters for laser welding of high-strength galvanized steel with powder filling were 1 500W laser power,30mm/s welding speed and 1 2mm defocusing distance.Under these welding conditions,good weld performance was obtained and the base material was broken in tensile fracture tests.
