目的：探讨灯烤保暖对手指外伤术后指端血运；方法：自2011年09月至2012年10收治的60例手指外伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规手指外伤术后护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予台灯（有灯罩，普通照明40W -60W 灯炮）保暖，并作对比研究；结果：观察组指端血液循环明显优于对照组；差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；结论：灯烤保暖能促进手指外伤术后指端血液循环，有利于受伤手指的恢复。

목적：탐토등고보난대수지외상술후지단혈운；방법：자2011년09월지2012년10수치적60례수지외상환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례，대조조급여상규수지외상술후호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여태등（유등조，보통조명40W -60W 등포）보난，병작대비연구；결과：관찰조지단혈액순배명현우우대조조；차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；결론：등고보난능촉진수지외상술후지단혈액순배，유리우수상수지적회복。
Objective :To investigate the lamp baking warm on the finger injury after fingertip blood supply ;Methods:from 2011 09 to 2012 10 treated 60 cases of finger trauma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group ,the control group was given conventional nursing of finger injury after operation ,the observation group in the control group .To give (a lampshade ,lamp for gen-eral lighting 40W -60W lamp) warm ,and compared ;Results :the observation group of finger blood circulation significantly better than the control group ;the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);Conclusion:Lamp baking warm can promote the finger injury after finger blood circula-tion ,is conducive to the recovery of injured finger .
