稀土改性的四针状氧化锌晶须(稀土氧化锌晶须)是一种新型抗菌复合材料,为评价其抗菌效能及生物安全性,进行了最小抑菌浓度(MI C )测定、生长曲线绘制、抑菌环实验、牛津杯实验、小鼠急性毒性实验、一次性皮肤刺激实验及细胞毒性测试等一系列实验。结果表明,稀土氧化锌晶须对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌具有很好的抗菌效果,对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌也具有一定的抗菌效果;稀土氧化锌晶须抗菌效能比普通氧化锌高;喷涂稀土氧化锌晶须的材料表面也具有极好的抗菌性能;稀土氧化锌晶须对小鼠经口灌喂的最大致死量>500 mg/kg;1 kg/L以下,稀土氧化锌晶须不引起小鼠皮肤刺激反应;提取液浓度低于6.25 g/L,溶液浓度40 mg/L时对细胞生长均无毒性作用。总体而言,稀土氧化锌晶须属于新型、安全、高效型抗菌材料。
稀土改性的四針狀氧化鋅晶鬚(稀土氧化鋅晶鬚)是一種新型抗菌複閤材料,為評價其抗菌效能及生物安全性,進行瞭最小抑菌濃度(MI C )測定、生長麯線繪製、抑菌環實驗、牛津杯實驗、小鼠急性毒性實驗、一次性皮膚刺激實驗及細胞毒性測試等一繫列實驗。結果錶明,稀土氧化鋅晶鬚對革蘭氏暘性菌金黃色葡萄毬菌具有很好的抗菌效果,對革蘭氏陰性菌大腸桿菌也具有一定的抗菌效果;稀土氧化鋅晶鬚抗菌效能比普通氧化鋅高;噴塗稀土氧化鋅晶鬚的材料錶麵也具有極好的抗菌性能;稀土氧化鋅晶鬚對小鼠經口灌餵的最大緻死量>500 mg/kg;1 kg/L以下,稀土氧化鋅晶鬚不引起小鼠皮膚刺激反應;提取液濃度低于6.25 g/L,溶液濃度40 mg/L時對細胞生長均無毒性作用。總體而言,稀土氧化鋅晶鬚屬于新型、安全、高效型抗菌材料。

Needle-like zinc oxide whiskers (rare earth zinc oxide whiskers,RE-ZnO)were a new type antibiosis composite.To evaluate the antibacterial activity and biosafety of the RE-ZnO,a series experiments were taken, including determining minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC),drawing growth curve,bacteriostasis circle test,oxford cup test,mice acute toxicity test,skin excitation test and cytotoxicity test.The results showed that the RE-ZnO had an evident antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus (gram-negative)and less but no-ticeable antibacterial effect on escherichia coli (gram-positive bacteria).And the RE-ZnO showed better anti-bacterial effects than normal zinc oxide.Excellent antibacterial effects have been observed when the RE-ZnO sprayed paint on the solid material surface.The maximum lethal dose was higher than 500 mg/kg when the mice were irrigated with RE-ZnO.The skins of the mice had no adverse reaction in the skin excitation test when the concentration of RE-ZnO was lower than 1 kg/L.When the concentration was 40 mg/L or extract concen-tration lower than 6.25 g/L of RE-ZnO,no toxic effects on the cells were brought about.In conclusion,the RE-ZnO was a kind of favorable new-type antibacterial material with insurance and high-efficiency.
