依据建构主义理论和需求分析理论,开设大学英语拓展课程即可以满足社会对英语人才的需求,又能促进学生个人发展,顺应大学英语教学改革的趋势。但是在构建拓展课程体系过程中仍面临许多困难。因此,如何更好地开展大学英语拓展课程教学,有待广大大学英语教育工作者共同探索。

Based on Constructive Theory and Need Analysis Theory, carrying out Enrichment Courses in the second year of col-lege English teaching meet the social requirement as well as students’personal needs. Besides, it is in line with the trend in the re-form of college English teaching. But in the process of constructing, the curriculum system still faces many difficulties. Therefore, how to enhance the enrichment course teaching is to be discussed further by college English educators.
