目前计算配电网最大供电能力(TSC)的模型法与解析法均未计及电压约束和网损。文中利用配电网潮流计算研究了电压约束和网损对TSC计算结果的影响。首先,给出了基于潮流计算的配电网N-1安全校验方法,能精确计及网损、电压约束和调压措施。然后对 TSC 计算在有无考虑电压约束以及分别或同时考虑两种调压措施共5种场景下的 TSC 结果进行对比验证。结果表明,当前文献方法得到的TSC值偏大。网损对TSC的影响不可忽略,原因是N-1发生负荷转带后由于供电路径变长,其末端电压过低以及网损比正常运行时变大。计及调压措施后,电压约束也会使TSC值减小,除馈线过长或无载调压情况外其影响可以忽略。

The traditional methods of total supply capability (TSC) calculation,including the TSC model and analytical method,have ignored the impact of the voltage constraints and losses on TSC.This paper analyses the impact of voltage constraints and losses on TSC based on power flow.Firstly,an N-1 security verification method based on power flow is given,which has accurately considered the losses,the voltage constraints and voltage-regulating measures.Secondly,this paper compares and verifies the results of TSC in 5 scenarios,including whether considering voltage constraints or not and considering the voltage-regulating measures separately or at the same time.The results show that the value of TSC calculated by the existing methods is rather great.The impact of losses on TSC cannot be ignored as the power supply path will be longer after load transfer when N-1 occurs,therefore the terminal voltage may become too low and the losses will be larger than normal.After considering the voltage-regulating measures,the normal voltage constraints can be ignored.The work of this paper has laid a solid foundation for more accurate TSC calculation.
