直流系统送端采用孤岛运行方式,可减少直流系统故障对主网的影响,提高电网安全稳定水平,增加输电通道外送能力。云广直流孤岛系统由于小湾、金安桥电厂远离楚雄换流站,存在动态稳定问题。现有电力系统稳定器(PSS)可有效提高小湾机组对金安桥机组相对振荡模式的阻尼,但对孤岛系统的过电压控制产生了不利影响。文中从PSS的原理上对原因进行了分析,并提出了采用广域信号的PSS解决方案。基于机组转速差的广域PSS在改善孤岛系统动态稳定性的同时,消除了对过电压控制的不利影响,在云广直流孤岛系统中具有良好的实施可行性。仿真结果验证了广域PSS的有效性。

Islanded operation of the DC sending system can reduce the impact of DC fault on the main system,thus enhancing the security of the system and increasing the capacity of the transmission corridor.In the islanded sending system of Yunnan-Guangdong DC transmission system,there are dynamic stability problems because the Xiaowan plant and Jin”anqiao plant are far away from Chuxiong converter station.The conventional power system stabilizer(PSS)effectively increases the damping of the oscillation mode between Xiaowan generators and Jin”anqiao generators,but exerts an adverse impact on the overvoltage control of the islanded system.This paper analyzes the cause according to the principle of the conventional PSS,then proposes a solution scheme using wide-area signals based PSS.The wide-area PSS based on the speed difference of generators can improve the dynamic stability of the islanded system,while avoiding the adverse impact on the overvoltage control.It has good feasibility in the islanded Yunnan-Guangdong DC sending system.The effectiveness of wide-area PSS is verified by simulation results.
