采用2种工艺对合金元素Cu、石墨进行黏结处理,制备了Fe-2Cu-0.8C预混合钢粉.测定了橡胶、聚乙烯醇衍生物、纤维素等3种黏结剂对合金元素Cu、石墨的润湿性,并分别研究了2种工艺中3种有机黏结剂对预混合钢粉合金元素黏结率、流动性、松装密度、压制及烧结性能的影响,结果表明:2种工艺中,以纤维素为黏结剂制得的预混合钢粉工艺性能与烧结性能最好,聚乙烯醇衍生物次之,橡胶较差,这与3种黏结剂对合金元素Cu和石墨的润湿性好坏及黏结率是对应的.

Fe-2Cu-0.8C premix steel powder was prepared by binding copper and graphite powder particles to the base ferrous powder particles by utilizing two different processes. The wettability of rubber, polyvinyl alcohol derivative and cellulose on copper and graphite sheets was measured. The effects of binders addition on alloying element binding ratio, flowability, apparent density, compressibility and sintered properties of the premix were investigated. The results suggest that the premix steel powder with cellulose as binder has premium processing and sintered properties, followed by polyvinyl alcohol derivative and rubber. This coincides with wettability of binders on copper and graphite sheet.
