“加强和改进作风建设，切实维护教育系统和谐稳定”是教育系统的工作要点，构建和谐校园是建设和谐社会的必然要求。由于社会发展转型不可避免地带给高校深刻影响，高校突发事件的发生机率也随之呈现出日益增长的趋势。要对高职院校突发事件进行有效管理，就必须按照党的群众路线教育实践活动中“照镜子”的要求，摆问题、找差距，通过掌握现状、分析不足，达到制订出科学合理的应对之策的目的。

The social de-velopment and transformation will inevitably have a profound in-fluence on colleges, and the occurrence of college emergencies is increasingly frequent. To implement effective management of e-mergencies in higher vocational colleges, we should adhere to the demand of"looking into the mirror"in the education practice of the mass line, exposing problems, seeking deficiencies, grasping the current situation, and analyzing shortcomings, so as to formu-late a scientific and rational countermeasure.
