Zhang Qin-qiu ,a woman soldier ,was a proletarian vanguard with both talent and virtue and made a great contribution to the long struggle of Chinese Communist Revolution especially in the Chuan -Shaan Soviet Area .The for-mation of her leadership qualities is still quite worth pondering today .Firstly ,expectations of her parents and family envi-ronment gave her an opportunity to receive a good early education .It was the new style of education in primary and sec-ondary schools that made her think and perform radically .She began to train her ability to organize and thought about some social problems .Guidance and encouragement from her teachers and friends made her go on the road of revolution .
