[目的]研究土壤重金属 Pb污染下丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF)对旱稻生长的影响。[方法]采用盆栽实验的方法,研究了不同土壤 Pb 处理水平(0,300,600 mg/kg)下,接种 Glomus mosseae下旱稻(Oryzal Sativa L.)的生长效应。[结果]接种处理下,旱稻根系侵染率随着土壤 Pb含量增加而显著降低(P<0.05)。与未接种处理相比,接种处理显著提高300 mg/kg Pb处理下旱稻生物量以及地下部分 Pb含量,却显著降低了地上部分 Pb含量,这与接种处理显著降低了 R/S值的结果一致(P<0.05);600 mg/kg Pb处理下,接种显著提高了地下部分生物量(P<0.05),却显著降低了旱稻地上部分以及地下部分 Pb含量(P<0.05),接种处理与未接种处理下 R/S值差异不明显。[结论]该研究表明在一定的土壤 Pb处理下接种 Glomus mosseae可以在一定程度上缓解 Pb对 Oryzal Sativa L.的毒害作用。

[목적]연구토양중금속 Pb오염하총지균근진균(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF)대한도생장적영향。[방법]채용분재실험적방법,연구료불동토양 Pb 처리수평(0,300,600 mg/kg)하,접충 Glomus mosseae하한도(Oryzal Sativa L.)적생장효응。[결과]접충처리하,한도근계침염솔수착토양 Pb함량증가이현저강저(P<0.05)。여미접충처리상비,접충처리현저제고300 mg/kg Pb처리하한도생물량이급지하부분 Pb함량,각현저강저료지상부분 Pb함량,저여접충처리현저강저료 R/S치적결과일치(P<0.05);600 mg/kg Pb처리하,접충현저제고료지하부분생물량(P<0.05),각현저강저료한도지상부분이급지하부분 Pb함량(P<0.05),접충처리여미접충처리하 R/S치차이불명현。[결론]해연구표명재일정적토양 Pb처리하접충 Glomus mosseae가이재일정정도상완해 Pb대 Oryzal Sativa L.적독해작용。
[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effects of arbuscular mycor-rhizal fungi (AMF) on growth of upland rice under soil Pb contamination. [Method] Using potting method, the effects of Glomus mosseae on the growth of Oryzal sati-va L. under different soil Pb concentrations (0, 300, 600 mg/kg) were investigated. [Result] According to the results, the mycorrhizal colonization rate of upland rice in-oculated with Glomus mosseae was significantly reduced (P<0.05) with the increase of Pb concentration in soil. Compared with non-inoculation treatment, inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi significantly improved the biomass of upland rice and Pb concentration of upland rice roots with addition of 300 mg/kg Pb but significantly reduced Pb concentration of upland rice shoots, which was consistent with the re-duced R/S (P<0.05); with addition of 600 mg/kg Pb, inoculation of arbuscular mycor-rhizal fungi significantly improved the biomass of upland rice roots (P<0.05) but sig-nificantly reduced Pb concentration of upland rice shoots and roots (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in R/S between inoculation treatment and non-inocula-tion treatment. [Conclusion] This study indicated that inoculating Glomus mosseae under certain Pb concentrations could to some extent al eviate the toxic effects of Pb on Oryzal sativa L.
