针对北运河流域闸坝生态调度拟实现的目标,从水量、生态、环境和水华控制等方面建立了北运河闸坝生态调度方案实施效果评估指标体系,利用TOPSIS法和模糊综合评价模型评估北运河流域闸坝生态调度方案实施效果。结果表明:TOPSIS模型与模糊综合评价结果基本一致,最优调度方案符合实际,且TOPSIS法的结果更便于决策。

A ccording to the ecological regulation targets of gate dam in north canal basin,the evaluation index system of gate dam ecological regulation,which includes water resources,ecology,water environment and water bloom and so on,was established and applied to evaluate the implementation effect. TOPSIS method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model were adopted to evaluate the implementation effect of the ecological regulation of gate dam in north canal basin. The result indicates that the evaluation effects of TOPSIS model and fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation model were consistent basically,the optimal scheduling schemes are reasonable and feasible, and TOPSIS model is easier when a decision is made.
