设计了基于脉宽调制控制芯片SG3525的串联型高频感应加热电源,详细研究并设计了功率控制、频率调节等控制电路。运行结果表明设计的高频感应加热电源具有频率自动跟踪、稳定性高、开关损耗小、高效等优点,可广泛应用于中小功率场合。

The author designs a high-frequency series induction heating power supply based on PWM chip SG3525, which is controlled by the power control circuit and frequency auto-tracking circuit. Power control and frequency regulation are researched detailedly. The operation results show that the power supply has such advantages as frequency auto-tracking,excellent reliability,high efficiency and small switch loss. It can be widely used in small and medium power applications.
