目的:探讨地中海贫血的产前生化筛查检验方法、指标与效果。方法:选取2008年2月到2012年12月在浙我院妇产科进行产前筛查并进行分娩的2000孕妇进行随访调查与部分进行血清学分析。结果:检出地中海贫血孕妇20例,发病率为1.00%;地中海贫血孕妇经过检验PAPP-A水平显著下降,低于0.5mmol/L,AFP浓度下降,低于0.3mmol/L,Freeβ-HCG水平升高,大于2.5mmol/L。确诊为静止型α-地中海贫血6例,标准型β-地中海贫血12例,α、β-混合型地中海贫血2例。同时经过分析,地中海贫血孕妇的MCV与MCH值明显低于正常组(P<0.05),而RDW值明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:产前生化筛查检验意义价值大,可有效发现地中海贫血情况,从而有利于加强干预,提高优生比率。

목적:탐토지중해빈혈적산전생화사사검험방법、지표여효과。방법:선취2008년2월도2012년12월재절아원부산과진행산전사사병진행분면적2000잉부진행수방조사여부분진행혈청학분석。결과:검출지중해빈혈잉부20례,발병솔위1.00%;지중해빈혈잉부경과검험PAPP-A수평현저하강,저우0.5mmol/L,AFP농도하강,저우0.3mmol/L,Freeβ-HCG수평승고,대우2.5mmol/L。학진위정지형α-지중해빈혈6례,표준형β-지중해빈혈12례,α、β-혼합형지중해빈혈2례。동시경과분석,지중해빈혈잉부적MCV여MCH치명현저우정상조(P<0.05),이RDW치명현고우정상조(P<0.05)。결론:산전생화사사검험의의개치대,가유효발현지중해빈혈정황,종이유리우가강간예,제고우생비솔。
Objective:To investigate thalassemia prenatal biochemical screening test methods, indicators and results. Methods:February 2008 to December 2012 in Zhejiang hospital obstetrics and prenatal screening pregnant women for childbirth 2000 follow-up survey with some serological analysis. Results: 20 cases of pregnant women thalassemia detected, the incidence rate was 1.00%;thalassemia pregnant women tested PAPP-A levels were significantly decreased, less than 0.5mmol/L, AFP concentration falls below 0.3mmol / L, Free β-HCG levels, greater than 2.5mmol / L. Diagnosed as stationary α-thalassemia six cases, the standard typeβ-thalassemia 12 cases,α,β-thalassemia two cases mixed. Meanwhile After analysis, thalassemia pregnant MCV and MCH values were significantly lower than the normal group (P<0.05), while the RDW values significantly higher than normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Prenatal biochemical screening test significance value, can be effectively discover thalassemia, and thereby help to strengthen interventions to improve the ratio of eugenics.
