目的：评价甘露聚糖肽治疗生殖器疱疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法：对照组70例和试验组70例分别口服多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊和匹多莫德胶囊，同时都服用阿昔洛韦片，观察患者临床主要症状和体征改善情况。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组患者症状消失时间、止疱时间、结痂时间均明显提前(P<0.05)，临床疗效也显著提高(P<0.05)。治疗组患者IgA、IgM、IL-2、SIL-2与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。IgG、补体C3、中性粒细胞与对照组比较具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)，随访年复发次数显著下降(P<0.05)。结论：甘露聚糖肽胶囊能有助于增强生殖器疱疹患者机体免疫功能，提高临床疗效，缩短病程，降低复发次数。
목적：평개감로취당태치료생식기포진적림상료효화안전성。방법：대조조70례화시험조70례분별구복다항감로취당태효낭화필다막덕효낭，동시도복용아석락위편，관찰환자림상주요증상화체정개선정황。결과：여대조조비교，치료조환자증상소실시간、지포시간、결가시간균명현제전(P<0.05)，림상료효야현저제고(P<0.05)。치료조환자IgA、IgM、IL-2、SIL-2여대조조비교구유현저성차이(P<0.05)。IgG、보체C3、중성립세포여대조조비교구유겁현저성차이(P<0.01)，수방년복발차수현저하강(P<0.05)。결론：감로취당태효낭능유조우증강생식기포진환자궤체면역공능，제고림상료효，축단병정，강저복발차수。
Objective:To evaluate of the clinical efficacy and safety of Mannatide to treat genital herpes. Methods:Treatment group of 70 patients took Mannatide Capsule and Aciclovir Tablets, and the control group of 70 patients took Pidotimod Capsules and Acyclovir Tablets, observing the main clinical symptoms and signs changes of patients. Results: Compared with control group, disappearance time of main clinical symptoms, herpes stop time, scab time were significantly shorter (P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy was improved significantly (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the IgA,IgM,IL-2,SIL-2 in treatment group were significantly different (P<0.05).The IgG,complement C3,neutrophils had obviously significant difference (P<0.01),and the relapse frequency decreased significantly (P<0.05) according to follow-up visit. Conclusion:Mannantide Capsule can improve patients' immune function, improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the course of disease, and reduce the relapse frequency.
