目的：探讨伊班膦酸钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的60例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用单纯化疗治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用伊班膦酸钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组高钙血症治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，两组不良反应发生率差异无显著性。结论：伊班膦酸钠联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
目的：探討伊班膦痠鈉治療噁性腫瘤骨轉移的臨床效果。方法：將我院收治的60例噁性腫瘤骨轉移患者，隨機分為對照組和觀察組，對照組採用單純化療治療，觀察組在對照組的基礎上加用伊班膦痠鈉治療。比較兩組治療效果。結果：觀察組高鈣血癥治療總有效率顯著高于對照組，兩組不良反應髮生率差異無顯著性。結論：伊班膦痠鈉聯閤化療治療噁性腫瘤骨轉移，療效顯著，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：탐토이반련산납치료악성종류골전이적림상효과。방법：장아원수치적60례악성종류골전이환자，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채용단순화료치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상가용이반련산납치료。비교량조치료효과。결과：관찰조고개혈증치료총유효솔현저고우대조조，량조불량반응발생솔차이무현저성。결론：이반련산납연합화료치료악성종류골전이，료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of the sodium ibandronate treated malignant tumor of bone metastases. Methods:60 cases of malignant tumor patients with bone metastases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group adopts pure chemotherapy treatment, the observation group added the sodium ibandronate therapy. Compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results:Hypercalcemia observing group, total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:Using the phosphonic acid sodium treatment with combination chemotherapy of malignant tumor bone metastases, curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
