目的:追踪观察纤维桩CAD/CAM氧化锆烤瓷冠与传统的钴铬合金铸造桩钴铬合金烤瓷冠的临床效果,为评价纤维桩CAD/CAM氧化锆烤瓷冠的远期临床效果提供参考。方法:同期制作纤维桩CAD/CAM氧化锆烤瓷冠(A组),钴铬合金铸造桩钴铬合金烤瓷冠各21件(B组)。临床检查42件修复体边缘密合性,随访复查修复体的基牙继发龋和修复体的折裂、折断、脱落情况。结果:42件修复体平均随访3年。A组、B组边缘密合性分别为100%和88%(P<0.01)。继发龋的情况也是A组(7.1%)、好于B组(16.7%)(P<0.05)。3年内,核桩脱落数量A组为4例(9.5%),B组为3例(7.1%),崩瓷A组为1例(2.4%),B组为2例(4.8%)。脱落率和崩瓷率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纤维桩CAD/CAM氧化锆烤瓷冠边缘密合性好,能够达到传统金属固定桥的强度,满足临床应用要求。
目的:追蹤觀察纖維樁CAD/CAM氧化鋯烤瓷冠與傳統的鈷鉻閤金鑄造樁鈷鉻閤金烤瓷冠的臨床效果,為評價纖維樁CAD/CAM氧化鋯烤瓷冠的遠期臨床效果提供參攷。方法:同期製作纖維樁CAD/CAM氧化鋯烤瓷冠(A組),鈷鉻閤金鑄造樁鈷鉻閤金烤瓷冠各21件(B組)。臨床檢查42件脩複體邊緣密閤性,隨訪複查脩複體的基牙繼髮齲和脩複體的摺裂、摺斷、脫落情況。結果:42件脩複體平均隨訪3年。A組、B組邊緣密閤性分彆為100%和88%(P<0.01)。繼髮齲的情況也是A組(7.1%)、好于B組(16.7%)(P<0.05)。3年內,覈樁脫落數量A組為4例(9.5%),B組為3例(7.1%),崩瓷A組為1例(2.4%),B組為2例(4.8%)。脫落率和崩瓷率無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論:纖維樁CAD/CAM氧化鋯烤瓷冠邊緣密閤性好,能夠達到傳統金屬固定橋的彊度,滿足臨床應用要求。
목적:추종관찰섬유장CAD/CAM양화고고자관여전통적고락합금주조장고락합금고자관적림상효과,위평개섬유장CAD/CAM양화고고자관적원기림상효과제공삼고。방법:동기제작섬유장CAD/CAM양화고고자관(A조),고락합금주조장고락합금고자관각21건(B조)。림상검사42건수복체변연밀합성,수방복사수복체적기아계발우화수복체적절렬、절단、탈락정황。결과:42건수복체평균수방3년。A조、B조변연밀합성분별위100%화88%(P<0.01)。계발우적정황야시A조(7.1%)、호우B조(16.7%)(P<0.05)。3년내,핵장탈락수량A조위4례(9.5%),B조위3례(7.1%),붕자A조위1례(2.4%),B조위2례(4.8%)。탈락솔화붕자솔무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:섬유장CAD/CAM양화고고자관변연밀합성호,능구체도전통금속고정교적강도,만족림상응용요구。
Objective:Tracking observation of zirconia fiber pile CAD/CAM of PFM crown with traditional cobalt chromium alloy casting co-cr alloy porcelain crowns, clinical effect. Methods:At the same time production of zirconia fiber pile CAD/CAM porcelain crowns (group A), cobalt chromium alloy casting co-cr alloy porcelain crowns the 21 pieces (group B). And sex, clinical examination restoration margins follow-up review. Results: In group A and group B edge and sex were 100% and 88% respectively (P<0.01). Secondary caries is group A was better than group B (P<0.05). Three years, nuclear pile off quantity for 4 cases of group A, group B for 3 cases, collapsed for 1 case of group A, group B for 2 cases. Loss rate and collapse rate of porcelain has no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:CAD/CAM zirconia fiber pile PFM crown edge and sex good, can achieve the strength of the traditional metal fixed bridge, satisfies the requirement of clinical application.
