目的：探讨经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取我院骨科收治的56例肱骨近端骨折患者，随机分为两组各28例。对照组患者采用三叶草型钢板固定，观察组患者采用经皮锁定钢板内固定，比较两组患者的各项指标。结果：观察组术后肩关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组手术出血量、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效显著，具有创伤小、出血少、骨折愈合时间短、并发症少等优点，值得在临床推广。
목적：탐토경피쇄정강판내고정치료굉골근단골절적림상료효。방법：선취아원골과수치적56례굉골근단골절환자，수궤분위량조각28례。대조조환자채용삼협초형강판고정，관찰조환자채용경피쇄정강판내고정，비교량조환자적각항지표。결과：관찰조술후견관절공능우량솔현저고우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조수술출혈량、골절유합시간급술후병발증발생솔균현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：경피쇄정강판내고정치료굉골근단골절료효현저，구유창상소、출혈소、골절유합시간단、병발증소등우점，치득재림상추엄。
Objective: To study the percutaneous locking plate internal fixation treatment the curative effect of proximal humeral fractures. Methods:56 patients were divided into two groups. Control group with clover plate fixation, observation group with percutaneous locking plate internal fixation, compared the indicators. Results:The observation group of shoulder joint function was higher than control group (P<0.05);the operative blood loss fracture healing time and complications rate were lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Percutaneous locking plate internal fixation of proximal humeral fractures with obvious therapeutic effect, worthy of promotion.
