目的：探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（ PPH）的手术处理与并发症预防。方法对该院2010-10～2012-10实施PPH手术136例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组有效率为93.4％，手术并发症发生率为14.7％，主要为术后出血、感染、吻合口狭窄、肛门疼痛和肛门口感觉异常。结论 PPH是治疗重度痔、直肠内脱垂的首选方法，规范的手术操作及围手术期处理是减少手术并发症的主要措施。
목적：탐토문합기치상점막배절정합술（ PPH）적수술처리여병발증예방。방법대해원2010-10～2012-10실시PPH수술136례환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과전조유효솔위93.4％，수술병발증발생솔위14.7％，주요위술후출혈、감염、문합구협착、항문동통화항문구감각이상。결론 PPH시치료중도치、직장내탈수적수선방법，규범적수술조작급위수술기처리시감소수술병발증적주요조시。
Objective To explore the indications and the prevention of complications of procedure for pro-lapse and hemorrhoids ( PPH) with stapler .Methods The clinical data of 136 patients received PPH with stapler in Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .Results The effective rate was 93.4%in 136 patients .While the complication incidence was 14.7%, mainly including post-operative bleeding,infection,anastomotic stenosis, anal pain and anal paresthesia .Conclusion PPH with stapler is the preferred treatment method for the patients with severe hemorrhoids or rectum prolapse .Subtle operative manipula-tion,perfect perioperative management is the key to prevent the complications of PPH surgery .
