Entrepreneurship and nursery of college students which is more in line with the initial start-up of the practical need of project is an important part of the extension of incubation service system with“gardener”type of business incubation service. The paper was briefly introduced construction background of college students’ science and technology entrepreneur-ship and nursery, and expounded main methods, service projects and practical experience of science and technology en-trepreneurship nursery in Taiyuan. Finally, the paper was put forward suggestions of further developing science and technolo-gy entrepreneurship nursery of college students.
