通过对太原市动漫产业的SWOT分析，讨论了其发展优劣势、机遇及威胁，从微观角度详细介绍和点评了太原重点动漫企业，并结合国内外经验和太原市动漫产业发展实际，从投资、人才、产业培育、文化优势挖掘等方面提出了一些政策建议，以期对政府决策提供启发，对动漫企业理清发展思路有所借鉴，尽快推动太原动漫产业做大做强。

Through analyzing animation industry in Taiyuan using SWOT, the paper was discussed advantages and disadvan-tages, opportunities and threats of development, and introduced and commented on animation enterprises in Taiyuan from the point of view of microscopic. Then, combining with experiences at home and abroad and the actual animation industry in Taiyuan, the paper was put forward some policy suggestions from investment, talents, industries and cultural advantage mining in order to provide inspiration for government decision-making, make reference to the development of animation enterprise, and promote animation industry in Taiyuan to grow bigger and stronger as soon as possible.
