Financial support plays an important role in development of small and medium-sized enterprise entrepreneurial base, especially to accelerate the construction of innovation service platform, guide the participation of social capital and improve the environment for development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper was introduced status of financial funding support, and analyzed financial support policies of developed countries, cities and provinces and Shanxi Province. Finally, the paper was pointed out main problems of financial funding support, and put forward suggestions of further perfecting financial funding support of entrepreneurial base of small and medium-sized enterprises.
