Compound Salvia Tablet%acid B%tanshinone IIA%HPLC
目的:建立复方丹参片中丹参酮Ⅱ A 及丹酚酸 B 的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法色谱柱为 Venusil XBPC18(L)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),丹酚酸B的流动相为:乙腈∶甲醇∶甲酸∶水(10∶30∶1∶59),检测波长为286 nm ;丹参酮IIA的流动相为:甲醇∶水(85∶15),检测波长为270 nm。以外标法进行定量计算。结果丹参酮IIA和丹酚酸B分别在00.368~07.36μg和00.6~12.0μg范围内线性良好,平均加样回收率和 RSD分别为984.1%、12.8%(n =9);982.9%、12.1%(n =9)。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,无干扰,可用于复方丹参片的质量评价及丹参制剂的质量控制。

목적:건립복방단삼편중단삼동Ⅱ A 급단분산 B 적고효액상색보측정방법。방법색보주위 Venusil XBPC18(L)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),단분산B적류동상위:을정∶갑순∶갑산∶수(10∶30∶1∶59),검측파장위286 nm ;단삼동IIA적류동상위:갑순∶수(85∶15),검측파장위270 nm。이외표법진행정량계산。결과단삼동IIA화단분산B분별재00.368~07.36μg화00.6~12.0μg범위내선성량호,평균가양회수솔화 RSD분별위984.1%、12.8%(n =9);982.9%、12.1%(n =9)。결론해방법간편、준학、령민도고,중복성호,무간우,가용우복방단삼편적질량평개급단삼제제적질량공제。
Objective Establish a determination of the content of Compound Salvia Tablet salvianolic acid B and tanshinone IIA by High performance liquid chromatography . Methods The column was Venusil C18( L) ( 4 .6 mm × 50 mm ,5 μm) ,mobile phase of the Salvianolic acid B was Acetonitrile Methanol formic acid water( 10∶30∶1∶59) ,the detective wavelength at 286nm .mobile phase of the tanshinone IIA was Methanol water( 85∶15) and the detective wavelength at 270 nm , both of the injection volume were 10 μL . Outside the standard method for quantitative calculation . Results Tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B in 0 .036 8 -0 .736 μg and 0 .06 -1 .20μg good linearity in the range ,The average recovery and RSD were 98 .41% , 1 .28% ( n =9) ;98 ,29% , 1 .21% ( n =9) .Conclusion The experimental method has the characteristics of fast and effective sample pretreatment and short of Sample analysis time The method is simple , accurate , high sensitivity , good repeatability and no interference . Can be used for control the quality of Compound Salvia Tablet and Salvia miltiorrhiza preparation .
